Due to its legal condition, the de Chazal Foundation has no definite duration, with its legal domicile and main offices in the city of Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Republic of Bolivia, with the capacity to mount its domicile in any city of the Bolivian territory or abroad within the frame of the current Bolivian legislation.

The initial patrimony dedicated to the Foundation is formed by the contributions of the two founders, the assets that will be integrated later on into the initial inventory, and by the resources that may be obtained by means of donations, transfers, services, and contributions property, whether for free or onerous. According to the law, this patrimony is dedicated exclusively to fulfil the ends and non profit objectives.

The Foundation will be able to increase the participation in its initial activities by means of agreements with universities, educational and academic organizations, professional, managerial, research and cultural organizations, at both national and international level.

MISSION AND OBJECTIVES

The Foundation’s mission is to develop high quality educational, cultural and academic activities, promoting ethical values with social responsibility toward the community.

According to its By Laws, the Foundation’s fundamental objective is to develop educational and cultural activities at all levels, support academic initiatives promote education and environmental conservation; carry out projects within the scope of its mission.

The Foundation is directed and managed by a Board of Directors which designates the Executive Director, who should be a person with recognized professional experience, capacity, and ethical character. The Executive Director acts as Secretary of the Board, and he/she holds all the inherent attributions, rights, duties and responsibilities manage the institution.
